I was pleased with the service provided by Dr. Sofa the two service men were polite an professional. The entire task took no more than an hour and I was very pleased with the final outcome in regard to my sofa. I also appreciated the communication and follow-up in regard to when the technicians would arrive at the residence.

One of the technicians even pointed out that there was damage to my love-seat that was done by the Levitz delivery men and he gave me advice on how to clean the damaged areas on my love-seat.

Overall on a scale of 1-10 I rate the service I received a 9.
